VOX Network Solutions, a California-based provider of contact center, security, managed services, and consulting solutions, has become Enacomm’s newest distribution partner. The company will offer Enacomm’s Virtual Personal Assistant (VPA) banking solution and the Enacomm Financial Suite (EFS) to its customers in the financial services center.
In announcing the partnership, VOX Network Solutions Customer Digital Experience VP Chanley Geveshausen highlighted the potential for Enacomm’s more sophisticated technologies in the VOX solutions portfolio. “We are especially excited for Enacomm’s innovations in voice biometrics, voice eSignatures and how they integrate with the trend in Personal Virtual Assistants,” he said.
Enacomm says its VPA solution can operate together with popular consumer-facing AI assistants including Amazon’s Alexa and the Google Assistant. Its EFS solution, meanwhile, offers a number of software tools including a voice biometrics system that can help to improve security in the call center. Such technology has proven popular in the financial services sector, with major banks like HSBC using voice recognition for customer authentication.
News of the VOX Network Solutions partnership comes after Enacomm’s announcement of a distribution partnership with Florida-based telecom consultancy Telvoyant earlier this year.
