“At Money20/20, ImageWare will showcase how its platform can be used to enable voice-, fingerprint-, and selfie-based authentication for end users through ISAM…”
ImageWare Systems will demo its GoVerifyID Enterprise Suite for IBM Security Access Manager (ISAM) at this year’s Money20/20 event in Las Vegas, the company has announced.
While ImageWare first announced the GoVerifyID Enterprise authentication platform last autumn, it recently received ‘Ready for IBM Security Intelligence’ certification verifying its compatibility with IBM Security products. That paved the way for its ISAM integration; meanwhile, the platform is also compatible with Microsoft Active Directory, and CA’s and SAP’s Identity Management and SSO offerings.
At Money20/20, ImageWare will showcase how its platform can be used to enable voice-, fingerprint-, and selfie-based authentication for end users through ISAM; and it will take things a step further with previews of palm- and iris-based authentication, with the latter likely to generate some excitement among users getting acquainted with the technology through Samsung’s latest flagship smartphones.
In a statement announcing the Money20/20 demos, ImageWare CEO Jim Miller pointed to the increasing sense of urgency in securing enterprise assets, asserting that “[t]he recent Equifax breach has brought us to a new level of security and privacy concerns.”
ImageWare’s GoVerifyID Enterprise Suite demos will reflect a broader interest in biometrics at Money20/20, with an expert panel discussion on “Biometric FinTech in the Real World” likely to once again attract the kind of crowd that filled a similar session at last year’s event.
