Today marks the first day of the Suprema Global Partner Program 2014, which will run through tomorrow, November 13, at the Paradise Hotel in Busan, Korea.
Hosted by Suprema, Inc., the biometrics and security technology provider, the SGPP is an annual event in which the company and its partners have a chance to discuss and present new innovations that leverage Suprema technology.
This year, the theme of the SGPP is ‘The Future is Easy,’ framing the event around topics of convenience, simplicity and perpetual connectivity.
James Lee, Suprema’s CEO, asserts that the goal of the SGPP is the success of his company’s partners by providing them with the platform to interact..
“Suprema aims at market leadership by concentrating on the development of technology and products that address rapidly changing trends and needs, so as to enable our partners and customers to achieve greater innovation and higher growth in business,” says Lee. “Listening to the voice of customers is paramount, and that is the primary purpose for this conference.”
The decision to focus on convenience as this year’s SGPP theme is in keeping with Suprema’s constant mission to break down adoption barriers in biometric access control.
Suprema was in the news recently with the launch of its new SFM5500 Series fingerprint embedded modules. In addition to impressive hardware specs, the SFM5500 Series is equipped with Wavelet Scalar Quantization (WSQ) image compression technology, for which it recently scored the latest FBI certification.
