For months rumours have been circulating about the inclusion of multiple biometric modalities on Samsung’s 2017 flagship mobile device, and last week they were all confirmed as true. The Galaxy S8 and S8+ were launched featuring iris and face biometrics, as well as a rear-mounted fingerprint sensor near the device’s camera.
