The industry’s biggest webinar on biometric access control is right around the corner, and its full lineup of expert panelists has been revealed.
Entitled The Biometric Baseline: Starting the New Conversation in Physical Access Control, the webinar is scheduled for Wednesday, May 31st, at 11:00am ET. It will feature executive leadership from two of the top companies in the industry – Princeton Identity CEO Mark Clifton and FST Biometrics CMO Arie Melamed Yekel. The former company made a splash at last month’s ISC West security expo with the announcement that its first standalone product since it branched off from former parent SRI International will be IOM Access200, an access control solution based on facial and iris recognition; while the latter just announced the latest of many deployments of its IMID access control solution, which is based on a combination of facial and behavioral recognition, with an optional voice element.
Complementing these executives’ expertise on next week’s panel is Joe Gittens, the Director of Standards for the Security Industry Association. Gittens will open the discussion with a special presentation in which he will offer his own particular insights stemming from his work in support of various technical efforts at the SIA. And overseeing the discussion will of course be FindBiometrics President Peter O’Neill, who will act as moderator.
It has been a busy month in biometric access control, and the market is not slowing down, so register today for the free webinar and be part of one of the most exciting conversations in biometric security.
