Ubisecure and Seguridad América have joined forces in an effort to provide better digital identity services to customers in Latin America. The alliance will allow Seguridad to offer Ubisecure’s various identity management products to clients throughout the region, where it is expected to enable both internal and public-facing applications.
To that end, Ubisecure’s Customer Identity and Access Management (CIAM) portfolio includes on-premises, cloud, and Identity-as-a-Service delivery options. Those solutions will allow new and existing Seguridad users to secure their accounts with features like Multi-Factor Authentication and Single Sign-on capabilities.
“Seguridad América knows its local market inside and out,” said Ubisecure Channel and Alliances VP Jonathan Clark. “Its strong customer focus makes it an ideal partner for bespoke and standardized digital identity deployments.”
“We are one step closer to being the main Latin American facilitator of digital cybersecurity solutions and digital transformation,” added Seguridad Sales President Victor Gonzalez.
Ubisecure recently announced that its IDaaS platform would offer support for Hitachi’s finger vein technology, and launched a new onboarding pilot designed specifically for banks. The company has also integrated Onfido’s selfie-based authentication technology into its own CIAM platform. The Onfido solution uses face and document recognition to compare a photo of the user to the photo on a physical ID like a driver’s license.
