Shufti Pro has revealed that CEO Victor Fredung is in attendance at this week’s in-person Money20/20 Europe event. The conference kicked off on September 21, and it will run until September 23 at the RAI Exhibition and Convention Centre in Amsterdam.
Fredung is there to speak with businesses that are interested in Shufti Pro’s identity verification and fraud prevention solutions. The company is best known for its document recognition tech, which can be used to verify the authenticity of an identity document during the onboarding process.
Kristina Zakharchenko, Hanna Kyrpychova, and Laura Newman are some of the other members of the Shufti executive team who have joined Fredung in Amsterdam. They are the company’s Head of Sales & Business Development, its Regional Sales Manager, and its European Sales Manager, respectively.
Fredung, meanwhile, has served as Shufti’s CEO since 2017. The company has opened four regional offices during his tenure, and now offers identity services in more than 230 countries and territories all over the world. The Shufti solution can help businesses comply with the latest Know Your Customer and Anti-Money Laundering regulations.
Shufti added NFC Verification capabilities to its platform back in April, giving it the ability to read the e-chips that now come in many modern identity cards. The solution has since been listed on the Salesforce App Exchange, while the company itself has launched a new Chinese language website in an effort to drum up more clients in the Chinese market. Shufti has also made its way onto the CyberTech 100 list for 2021.
