ImageWare will file its Q1 fiscal report to the SEC on Thursday, May 9th, and will hold a conference call on the quarter’s results that same day, the company has announced. The call is scheduled for 1:30pm PT, or 4:30pm ET.
In announcing the Q1 update, the San Diego-based biometric authentication specialist offered few details about what its call will entail, stating only that it will feature the firm’s management and that they will discuss ImageWare’s “direct sales efforts as well as partner sales efforts.”
ImageWare’s last fiscal update, concerning its Q4 and 2018 year-end results, saw the company reporting slightly lower year-over-year revenues for the quarter, but an overall 2.6 percent improvement for the full year’s revenues, as well as an increased net loss. ImageWare CEO Jim Miller asserted at the time that his team is seeking to transition the company to a business strategy based on recurring revenues from cloud and mobile offerings.
Its impending Q1 update will arrive on the heels of a direct stock offering that brought in net proceeds of $6,125,000, funding that the company said it will use for “general corporate purposes” in a statement announcing the capital raise.
