Yaron Zussman has been appointed CEO of FST Biometrics America. Zussman comes to the company from DVTEL, where he acted as the VP of Sales for the Americas and Global Accounts.
In a statement, FST Biometrics founder and CEO Aharon Zeevi Farkash expressed excitement about the appointment, praising Zussman’s work experience in a fast-growing company. “Yaron’s past experience at DVTEL, from the startup phase to a leader in the IP Security enterprise market, makes him a natural fit for FST Biometrics,” he said, adding that Zussman’s “strong operational and business development background will serve as a critical advantage for FST as the company continues to expand.”
For his part, Zussman expressed optimism about his future with the company, asserting that he’s looking forward “to playing a growth and development role at the helm of FST Biometrics America.”
It’s a good time to join the company. FST offers a unique passive authentication system that identifies individuals via a combination of biometric modalities that includes facial, voice, and pattern recognition, and it’s this kind of high-end technology that attracted FST’s major recent client the Granite Club, a renowned Canadian social and athletic club. The company also has a couple of major new products in the pipeline, which it will showcase at ISC West in Las Vegas. There’s a lot of momentum here for Zussman to work with.
