The rest of this week’s most-read articles turned to more product-focused announcements. For one, NEC made news with its announcement that it had teamed up with US-based BlackRidge, whose network security solution can be used to shore up the security of NEC’s own NeoFace facial recognition system:
And finally, ImageWare got its share of the spotlight this week with the news that its flagship biometric authentication platform is now available for macOS. GoVerifyID had already been available for Windows and Linux devices, and now users of Apple’s Mac computers can take advantage of the solution as well:
