Innovatrics is an independent EU-based provider of trusted identity and biometric solutions for governments and enterprises.

Biometric algorithms, developed in our R&D center from pioneering biometrics research since 2004, have consistently ranked among the fastest and most accurate in fingerprint and face recognition. We have partnered with all types of organizations from governments to international institutions like the World Bank to build trusted and flexible biometric identification solutions benefiting more than a billion people worldwide.

Initially offering complex biometric identification systems used for criminal investigation, border control and elections, we have gradually evolved beyond these applications. As real-world interactions move online, we now provide much needed instant trust anywhere reliable identification is required. With our biometric expertise ported into mobile applications and web-based solutions, we make digital interactions safe and secure in many sectors from e-government to banking to telco and sharing economy.

We are headquartered in Bratislava (Slovakia). We also have offices in Sao Paulo (Brazil) and Singapore, sales representation in India, Middle East and Africa, and an R&D center in Brno (Czech Republic).

Face Recognition Technology

Innovatrics face recognition technology is a top performer across all categories in NIST Face Recognition Vendor Test (FRVT). Our algorithm has scored top marks in accuracy and speed.

Fingerprint Technology

Innovatrics fingerprint algorithm has ranked in top positions in PFT II, FpVT and MINEX III – a benchmark test conducted by NIST.

Iris Recognition Technology

Our iris recognition technology is used in a wide range of applications such as citizen ID programs, physical access control, law enforcement, and border security.

Pose Detection

Our pose detection technology can accurately detect and track a person’s limbs. It can identify the position of skeletal landmark points such as the shoulders and hips. Based on their respective positions, it can determine the number of people present, or scenarios such as a person lying down, in a fight, or under threat.

Liveness Detection

Built upon deep neural networks, our passive liveness detection check can distinguish a real face from an image, 2D mask, or 3D mask, even without user interaction. It can run fully on-device, making the check instantaneous.
