On May 17, 2023, the conversation continues with “Biometrics and Mobile ID on the Innovation Highway” — a full day of interview-style sessions with identity experts, curated to educate, motivate, and inform you about biometrics and digital ID across the most crucial market sectors. Our second identity summit of 2023 will include a special panel session explores the privacy-enhancing aspects of biometrics and mobile ID.
Virtual Expo Hall:
Our planned virtual online event experience includes interactive, live-streamed panels and presentations. Take a moment to watch this overview video of the platform we will be using for the show.
Attendees will be able to browse a virtual expo hall with booths during the event. Selecting the company listing in the expo hall will allow the attendees to chat with you at the booth, see demos about your solution, or access materials. See example of booth and resources page here.
Sponsors will be able to interact with attendees in two areas:
1. The event chat feature allows you to chat with all attendees in a public way. Alternatively, you can select a specific attendee on the people tab to engage in a private chat.
2. The video and chat features – In your booth you can maintain a ‘live’ presence with a webcam and microphone – stream a presentation, do a product demo, etc. When live, you can invite attendees to also participate and talk to you. Also, your booth has a dedicated chat where you can engage attendees that are in your virtual booth.
For best connection within the virtual booth, we recommend using a wired Ethernet connection and Chrome browser before joining the event. If you are assigned as a booth moderator, you will have the ability to control the presentation and moderate the chat feature.
You can schedule a time for a one-on-one demo of the platform with the FindBiometrics team. This meeting will give your team the opportunity to test out the virtual platform before the show. Please reach out to Daisy Shelley (dshelley@channelpronetwork.com) to schedule this meeting.

This event will not have a giveaway session. Sponsors will need to notify booth giveaway winners after the show.
Staff Registration
Please send the names and email addresses of your booth staff to Tony Bitzionis (tbitzionis@findbiometrics.com) by May 16th. Our events team will add them to the virtual event platform and assign them as a booth moderator. Your staff will receive an email from ChannelPro Events (no-reply@hopin.com) with an access pass to the event. On show day, all they need to do is click on the link in the email to join the event.
