Biometric technology provider Neurotechnology announced on Wednesday a slew of new releases spanning its entire software development kit (SDK) line, which includes options for large-scale application, fingerprint identification, iris identification, voice identification, and all-in-one facial biometric identification. The last aspect is a new offering from Neurotechnology’s new MegaMatcher Accelerator 6.0, which allows facial recognition to be combined with iris and fingerprint biometrics.
Neurotechnology customers with the MegaMatcher SDK will have all options available to them on a single embedded platform that will allow for the development of biometric systems supported by Windows, Linux, Mac OSX, and Android. Leveraging the MegaMatcher Accelerator 6.0, biometric application development is made versatile, fast, comprehensive and powerful with this newly upgraded suite.
Serving more than 2500 clients that integrate its technology, Neurotechnology released its first fingerprint identification system in 1991. It has since released upwards of 100 products and version upgrades for identification, verification, and object identity.
