Biometric time and attendance tracking specialist Actual iD has announced a significant upgrade to its platform: Actual iD Time & Absence Management now supports numerous new payroll formats.
Among the payroll systems the platform now supports are ADP, Allied, Ceridian, Paychex Online, QuickBooks, and more. The integrations could significantly boost the platform’s appeal as more potential clients find their preferred payroll formats are compatible. Indeed, this is already proving to be the case: In a press release, Canusa Automotive Warehousing’s Director of IT, Kevin Benjamin, said that one of the “key reasons” behind his company’s switch to Actual iD time and attendance tracking was “their commitment to continually add new capability to their service.”
Actual iD Time & Absence Management is a cloud-based platform that uses fingerprint scanning time clocks to accurately and efficiently track clients’ staff. The company recently contracted Entertech to provide its BioConnect system as the foundation for Actual iD’s biometric capabilities, and the company is evidently moving forward in enhancing peripheral aspects of the platform like payroll system compatibility.
It’s one of a growing number of biometric time and attendance tracking systems, which appear to be rising in popularity given their benefits in cutting fraud and improving efficiency.
