Access control technology company Viscount Systems has won a $150,000 contract to provide Freedom Access Control and MESH Telephone Entry systems to a 1600-tenant high-rise complex in British Columbia.
Viscount Systems, a security industry player since 1965, launched its MESH product line in 2003, and followed with its Freedom system in 2010. With its focus on software-based security technology, free of the need for expensive and complex access control panel hardware, Viscount is positioning its Freedom system as a revolutionary – not to mention environmentally-friendly – development in the field of security access control.
Moreover, Viscount strives to be an industry leader in integrating video and telephonic entry with its access control systems. Company executives will be on hand to showcase Viscount’s technology at this week’s ASIS conference in Atlanta.
