Identity verification solutions provider Veratad has announced that it is a sponsor of this week’s inaugural K(NO)W Identity Conference. As such, the company is also naturally in attendance at the Ronald Regan Building and International Trade Center in Washington, D.C.
Sponsorship could offer Veratad a significant opportunity for self-promotion. While this is only the first K(NO)W event, organizers have managed to book some strikingly high-profile speakers including NSA whistleblower Edward Snowden, and the first day of the event has already seen the announcement of a new partnership between attendees.
In a statement, Veratad CEO John E. Ahrens said K(NO)W is “an opportunity for us to network with key stakeholders and other leading identity technology providers from around the world shaping the future of identity.”
Veratad’s attendance expands the prominence of biometric technology at the conference, with the company’s IDresponse KYC platform employing such technology together with document verification, two factor authentication, and knowledge-based authentication features.
