Toronto-based Entertech Systems has gained access to a strong talent pool. The biometrics company has joined BioTalent Canada, a network connecting employers with recent graduates specializing in biotechnology.
It’s already paying off, according to Entertech President Jeff Crews. Commenting in a press release, he asserted, “Through our partnership with BioTalent Canada we have been able to identify and bring on a ton of new graduates who have been instrumental to the success of our business in the past six months.”
It has been a boon for BioTalent Canada, too. “Entertech Systems has been a champion in hiring new grads,” said CEO Rob Henderson, adding, “I am pleased to have them as a partner.”
Entertech Systems has been making a name for itself with its BioConnect platform, which was integrated into Tyco Security Products’ C-CURE 9000 late last year. More recently the company has indicated that it is looking to opportunities in the growing Internet of Things, an area in which business analysts expect significant growth in the years to come, and one that should prove exciting for the new grads joining the company.
