Government and vertical-market users in U.S. and Europe choose Indicative to manage enterprise environments end-to-end for optimal delivery of IT-driven services

FORT COLLINS, Colo., – Indicative Software today announced that three U.S. companies and a regional government in Spain have chosen Indicative’s service-level management software to optimize their IT environments for smooth delivery of business-critical IT-driven services.

Columbia Insurance Group (Columbia, MO), Great American Insurance Company (GAIC; Cincinnati, OH), and Saber Corp. (Portland, OR) each now use Indicative as a strategic means of managing their complex IT environments for service delivery optimization. Indicative’s service-level approach, which models services and maps them to underlying infrastructure health, allows them to proactively avert any impact from glitches or issues within associated infrastructure elements.

In Spain, Indicative channel partner GFI Informatica worked with the regional government of Andalucia to include Indicative as part of a complex but innovative civilian employment service registration project. The network includes 1,000 biometric-security kiosks and about 500 service enrollment stations.
